Deine Rolle
Du behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn an mehreren Fronten gleichzeitig etwas passiert, denkst strategisch mit und bist gern die Schnittstelle, die alles zusammenbringt? Als Event & Projektmanager:in / Referentin der Geschäftsführung unterstützt du unsere Geschäftsführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft, koordinierst Produktlaunches sowie bereichsübergreifende Projekte und bist verantwortlich für Events, Kooperationen und Markenerlebnisse vor Ort. Du bist Bindeglied zwischen den Mitarbeitenden und der Geschäftsführung, organisierst Projekte eigenverantwortlich und bringst dabei ein gutes Gespür für unsere Marke und den Beauty-Markt mit.
Das sind Deine Aufgaben
Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung
- Umfassende Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei administrativen Aufgaben im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Gewährleistung der optimalen Planung, Durchführung, Koordination und Überwachung von Geschäftsführungsvorgängen
- Kommunikation im Sinne der Geschäftsführung mit allen Geschäftsbereichen sowie nationalen und internationalen Geschäftspartnern
- Zentrale AnsprechpartnerIn zwischen Produktmarketing, Einkauf und Marketing
- Koordination von Produktlaunches
- Erstellung und Pflege von Launch-Zeitplänen und Checklisten - Abhängigkeiten und Deadlines behältst Du dabei im Blick
- Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Markenerlebnisse vor Ort: Messeauftritte, Pop-ups, Aktionen am Point of Sale, Community- und Presseformate
- Passende Partner für Collabs findest Du selbst - zum Beispiel Marken, Locations, Studios oder Creator
- Umsetzung und interne Koordination mit Marketing, Social Media, Produktteam und Logistik
- Produkt- und Kampagnenthemen übersetzt Du in erlebbare Formate, die unser ayurvedisches Markenversprechen spürbar machen
- Verantwortung für Budgets, Logistik und Zeitpläne der Events und Kooperationen
- Auswertung und Nachbereitung jedes Event und jeder Kooperation
