Du willst nicht nur Märkte verwalten, sondern globale Wachstumspotenziale erschließen? Als Head of Sales übernimmst Du bei khadi die strategische Verantwortung für unseren nationalen und internationalen Vertrieb und entwickelst unser Geschäft gemeinsam mit Deinem Team konsequent weiter. Während wir im europäischen Biofachhandel bereits stark positioniert sind, liegt Dein Fokus auf dem gezielten Ausbau neuer Vertriebskanäle weltweit. Du baust Beziehungen zu den relevanten Entscheider:innen im internationalen Beauty-Markt auf und positionierst khadi nachhaltig im Premium- und Prestige-Retail.
Das sind Deine Aufgaben
Globale Vertriebsstrategie
- Du entwickelst und verantwortest unsere internationale Vertriebsstrategie und setzt klare Impulse für nachhaltiges Wachstum.
- Du erschließt gezielt neue Absatzkanäle weltweit – von internationalen Key Accounts über Concept Stores bis hin zu führenden Retailern im Beauty-Prestige-Segment.
- Du gewinnst und entwickelst strategische Partnerschaften auf Entscheider-Ebene und baust gemeinsam mit Deinem Team ein nachhaltiges internationales Netzwerk auf.
- Du verstehst, wie Marken im Premium-Umfeld erfolgreich positioniert werden, und überträgst dieses Wissen auf unsere internationalen Märkte.
- Du entwickelst Prozesse, Strukturen und Dein Team im internationalen Vertrieb weiter und schaffst die Grundlage für skalierbares Wachstum.
Das bringst Du mit
Must-have
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Premium Beauty- & Lifestyle-Branche
- Erfolge im Auf- und Ausbau von Vertriebskanälen sowie im Umgang mit internationalen Retail-Strukturen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Key Accounts im Premium- oder Prestige-Umfeld
- Sicheres, überzeugendes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft (innerhalb Europas) für den persönlichen Aufbau internationaler Partnerschaften
- Weitere Sprachkenntnisse (Italienisch, Spanisch oder Französisch) von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Teams und Strukturen

The international brand khadi Naturkosmetik, based in Berlin & Bückeburg in the Schaumburger Land, combines the ancient Indian natural medicine Ayurveda with modern cosmetic knowledge - for natural beauty. In our natural cosmetic products we use selected Indian medicinal plants, which are produced according to Ayurvedic recipes in the traditional way in our small factories in the country of origin of Ayurveda, India. All khadi products are manufactured according to German quality standards and certified by the international COSMOS standard for natural cosmetics.
Our unique Ayurvedic range of 100% natural hair color, hair care rich in active ingredients and intensive body care is sold through selected organic specialist retailers, our own brand webshops, as well as national wholesalers and international distributors all over the world.
